LetBite is an AI-powered YouTube Recipe Ingestor. We transcribe, catalog, and translate YouTube recipe videos into professional culinary pages automatically. Our service uses artificial intelligence to extract ingredients, instructions, and metadata from cooking content so you can save, organize, and share recipes.

6. Cross-Border Data Transfers

LetBite operates globally. Your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own β€” in particular, the United States β€” where our key service providers are located:

Firebase / Google Cloud β€” servers located in the United States and other regions.
Stripe β€” payment processing infrastructure primarily in the United States.
Google Gemini APIβ€” AI processing performed on Google's US-based infrastructure.
OpenRouter β€” AI model routing through US-based services.

Where required by law, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for these transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, adherence to frameworks such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and conducting Transfer Impact Assessments where applicable.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:
