Batter

- 236.59 mlalmond plant-based milk
- 6 tablespoonsNESTLÉ® Chocolateria Cocoa Powder
- 236.59 mldemerara sugar
- 1 tablespooncorn oil
- 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
- 1 pinchpink salt
- 236.59 mlsifted wheat flour
- 1 tablespoonbaking powder
- 1 teaspoonbaking soda

In a blender, blend the plant-based milk, Cocoa Powder, sugar, oil, cinnamon, and the pinch of salt for 4 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the sifted wheat flour into the blended liquids without overmixing, then add the baking powder and baking soda.

Grease a round cake pan (20 cm diameter) with release agent or coconut oil, then pour in the batter.

Bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Allow to cool, unmold, and set aside.

Cut into 3 equal parts and set aside.

- 1 tablespooncornstarch
- 6 tablespoonsNESTLÉ® Chocolateria Cocoa Powder
- 473.18 mlalmond plant-based milk
- 100 gNESTLÉ® DOIS FRADES® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Coating

Mix all ingredients except the NESTLÉ DOIS FRADES Semi-Sweet Chocolate Coating in a pot and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils.

After boiling, let it cook for another 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat, mix in the NESTLÉ DOIS FRADES Semi-Sweet Chocolate Coating, and let it cool completely.
Assembly

- a gostochocolate shavings
Directions

Moisten the cake layers with the plant-based milk and pour in the chocolate filling. Repeat until the cake is assembled.
