Beef Kofta
Ingredients

- 1 unitYellow onion
- a gostoFresh parsley
- 1 tbspGarlic
- 1 tbspPaprika

- 0.5 tspBlack pepper

- a gostoMini Lebanese bread or taco bread
- a gostoAvocado oil

Finely chop or pulse in a food processor the onion, parsley, and garlic.

Mix with the ground beef, paprika, salt, pepper, and 7 spices.

Press a thin layer of the meat onto one side of each mini Lebanese bread.

Heat a skillet with a little oil and place the bread with the meat side down. Press lightly.

Sumac Salad
