Assembly and Preparation
Ingredients
- 6 unitsFrench bread rolls

Make cuts in the bread without going all the way through and fill all the gaps well. Another option is to split it in half, fill it, and place it on a skewer.
- 2
Place in the freezer for a few minutes just to firm up the filling and prevent it from melting too much on the grill.
- 3
Before taking it to the medium heat embers, quickly wet the outside of the bread with a little water (it cannot be too much).
- 4
Place on the embers until the surface dries, turns golden, and becomes very crunchy.
