Add the butter to a pot and melt.

Add the chickpeas to the pot.

Season with salt, pepper mix, and sweet paprika powder.

Chop the onion, crush the garlic, chop the celery, and slice the carrot.

Add the onion, celery, garlic, and carrot to the pot.

Add the vegetable broth, tomato paste, oregano, turmeric, chili flakes, and pepper.
