Sardine and Potato Preparation
Ingredients
- 2 canssardines
- 5 unitsmedium potatoes
- a gostosalt

Remove the sardine bones and chop them into larger pieces. Set aside.

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices that are not too thin, and place them in a pot with water and salt. Cook until soft, but do not overcook so they don't fall apart. Drain the water and set aside.
Creamy Sauce
Ingredients
- 100 mlmilk
- 1 cartonheavy cream
- 200 gcream cheese
- pinchsalt

In a blender, blend the heavy cream, milk, and cream cheese with a pinch of salt for about three minutes, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture with a sauce consistency. Set aside.

Assembly and Finishing
Ingredients
- a gostoolive oil
- 1 unitlarge onion cut into strips
- 70 gpitted black olives, chopped
- 100 ggrated mozzarella
- 2 unitsmedium tomatoes sliced
- 2 unitssliced boiled eggs
- a gostochopped parsley

Grease a baking dish with olive oil (or butter).

Distribute the potato slices covering the entire bottom of the dish.

Add the onion, spreading it well.

Add the sardines, spreading them well.

On top of the sardines, place the olives.

Add a generous drizzle of olive oil.

Pour the reserved sauce on top and spread well using a spoon.

Add the grated mozzarella.

On top of the mozzarella, place the tomato slices alternating with the egg slices.

Take to a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese melts and turns golden on top.
