Kebab Mixture

  • 100 gramsChopped onion

Directions

    In a large bowl, add the ground lamb meat, salt, black pepper, spicy red pepper, paprika, cumin, coriander, grated garlic, parsley, and chopped onion.

    Drain the onion water well.

    Mix everything very well.

    Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to make shaping easier.

Directions
