Dough

- 570 gAll purpose flour
- 400 mlWarm water
- 3 gSugar
- 5 gSalt

Sieve the flour.

Pour warm water into a bowl.

Add sugar and salt and stir.

Gradually add flour and stir.

Knead the dough by hand. If the dough is too sticky, add some flour. Continue kneading for a few minutes until soft and not sticky.

Cover it and leave to rest.

- 50 mlVegetable oil
- q.b.Flour for dusting

Sprinkle the table with flour.

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.

Make balls and cover them so they don't dry out.

Roll out the dough thinly.

Melt the butter and add vegetable oil to it.

Brush the dough with the butter and oil mixture.

Fold the edges and roll it up.

Make a shell shape and press with your hands.

Roll out the bread to a diameter of 23 cm.

Grease a frying pan with oil and add raw bread.
