Ingredients

- a gostooil for frying
- a gostosalt

Separate the cauliflower florets with a knife, removing the leaves.

Transfer to a bowl and wash under running water.

Drain well in a colander or cloth until very dry.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the florets until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
- 60 gtahini
- 1 unitgarlic
- 1 unitlemon juice
- 100 mlwater
- a gostosalt

Chop the garlic to make it easier to blend.

In a blender, combine tahini, garlic, lemon juice, water, and salt.

Blend until a smooth, liquid sauce is obtained. If needed, add more water to adjust the consistency.
