Schnitzel Preparation
Ingredients
- 1 kgSwift pork loin, sliced into steaks
- a gostoOlive oil
- a gostoSalt
- a gostoBlack pepper
Directions

Cut the pork loin into steaks and pound with a meat mallet until very thin.

Season the steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Breading
Ingredients
- a gostoWheat flour
- a gostoSalt
- 2 unidadesEggs, beaten
- 1 tbspYellow mustard
- 1 packCream cracker biscuits
- 100 gGrated Parmesan

Prepare the first layer by seasoning the wheat flour with salt.

Prepare the second layer by mixing the beaten eggs with one tablespoon of yellow mustard.

For the third layer, crush the cream cracker biscuits and mix with the grated Parmesan.

Bread each steak in three layers: first in the seasoned wheat flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the cracker-Parmesan mixture.

Repeat the breading process once more for each steak (bread twice) to achieve extra crispiness.
