Preparation of Roasted Vegetables

Chop the 2 white onions.

In a food processor, blend the chopped onions, the bunch of parsley, and the 4 garlic cloves until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

In a large bowl, add the ground beef and lamb.

Add the blended onion, parsley, and garlic mixture to the ground meat.

Season with 1 tablespoon of cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.

Mix well with your hands, kneading the meat until all seasonings are incorporated.

Preparation of the Tahini Sauce

Add the 473.18 ml of tahini.

Squeeze the juice of the 4 whole lemons into the bowl.

Assembly and Final Cooking
