Cooking the Rice

In a pot, add oil. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped onion and 1 clove of chopped garlic. Sauté until golden.

Add salt to taste and the cup of rice. Mix well.

Pour 473.18 ml of hot water into the pot and mix gently. Cover and let cook until the water dries and the rice is soft.

Preparing the Mussel Sauce
Ingredients

- 1 unitChopped onion
- 1 cloveChopped garlic
- 1 unitShelled mussels
- a gostoSalt
- 1 unitChopped tomato
- 236.59 mlTomato sauce

In a skillet, add oil, the rest of the chopped onion (considering 1 tablespoon was already used in the rice), and 1 clove of chopped garlic. Sauté.

Add the shelled mussels and salt to taste. Mix well.

Add the chopped tomato and the tomato sauce. Mix and cover the skillet.
