No-knead Manakish

- 500 gflour (T00 or T55)
- 380 mlwarm water
- 15 gmilk powder
- 10 gsalt
- 10 gsugar
- 15 gfresh or dry yeast
- 2 tbspolive oil

Mix all ingredients until a homogeneous dough is obtained (without kneading).

Cover and let rest.

Perform a fold in the dough, cover and let rest.

Divide the dough into 6 balls.

- 3 tbspneutral oil
- 1 tbspwater

Mix the zaatar ingredients.
