  • 2 tablespoonsMargarine
  • 2 Raw grated potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 canCan of heavy cream
  • 200 gramsGrated mozzarella

    Brown the onions in margarine.

    Add the grated potatoes and cook until softened.
