Cooking the Octopus
Ingredients

- 3 unitgarlic cloves
- 3 unitmarjoram leaves (or dried oregano)
- 1 teaspoonwhole pepper
- 4 tablespoonsolive oil

Wrap the octopus in parchment paper and then in aluminum foil.

Season with garlic cloves, oregano, pepper, and salt. Add the olive oil.

Cut the roasted octopus and prepare the marinade by mixing the olive oil, vinegar, bay leaves, pepper, garlic, oregano, and salt.
