  • 7 unitwhole eggs
  • 150 gcubed Calabrian salami
  • 150 gcubed mozzarella
  • 80 gfreshly grated parmesan (half pecorino)
  • a gostofreshly ground black pepper
  • a gostosalt

Directions

    In a bowl, mix the whole eggs, cubed Calabrian salami, cubed mozzarella, grated parmesan, pepper, and salt.

    Add the al dente cooked spaghetti to the mixture and coat all ingredients well.
