Seasoned and Cooked Ribs
Ingredients
- 1.5 kgbeef ribs in chunks
- 6 clovescrushed garlic with salt
- 1 spoonsmoked paprika
- a gostoblack pepper
- 3 unitslarge onions
- 2 unitstomatoes
- 3 unitsbay leaves
- 1 unitred chili pepper (dedo de moça)

Season the ribs with the crushed garlic, paprika, and black pepper.

In the pressure cooker, make a layer of sliced onions.

Arrange the seasoned rib chunks over the onions.

Add the tomatoes, red chili pepper, and bay leaves on top.
