Seasoned and Cooked Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kgbeef ribs in chunks
  • 6 clovescrushed garlic with salt
  • 1 spoonsmoked paprika
  • a gostoblack pepper
  • 3 unitslarge onions
  • 2 unitstomatoes
  • 3 unitsbay leaves
  • 1 unitred chili pepper (dedo de moça)

Directions

    Season the ribs with the crushed garlic, paprika, and black pepper.

    In the pressure cooker, make a layer of sliced onions.

    Arrange the seasoned rib chunks over the onions.

    Add the tomatoes, red chili pepper, and bay leaves on top.

    Finish by covering everything with the remaining onions.

    Close the cooker and cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.

Directions

    In the food processor or blender, add the broth, tomato paste, red chili peppers (with seeds), vinegar, and salt.
