Preparation of Vegetables and Meat

    Inside a special oven bag, add the potatoes cut into small pieces.

    Add the carrot sliced into rounds.

    Add the chopped tomato, the chopped large onion, and the chopped red bell pepper.

    Place the 800g of beef inside the bag.

  • 1 teaspoonDried parsley
  • a gostoTurmeric
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • a gostoChimichurri
  • 1 generous teaspoonPaprika

Directions

    Add the three finely chopped garlic cloves to the bag.

    Add the dried parsley, turmeric, salt, chimichurri, and paprika.

    Close the bag with the closure that comes with it and mix gently, pressing so that the seasoning adheres well to the meat and all the vegetables.
