Ingredient Preparation

Directions

    Peel the large potatoes.

    Cut the potatoes into cubes of approximately 1 cm to 1.5 cm.

    Peel and finely chop the white onion and garlic.

    Cut the pork belly into pieces.

Sautéing

Ingredients

  • a gostowhite onion
  • a gostosmoked pork belly

Directions

    Heat a sauteuse with olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Sauté the onions until they are soft and start to melt.

  3. 3

    Add the smoked pork belly and mix well.

Reblochon Cream

Ingredients

  • a gostoreblochon
  • a gostowhite wine
  • a gostogarlic
  • a gostoblack pepper

Directions

    Cut the reblochon cheese into large pieces.

  2. 2

    In a pan, place the reblochon, white wine, and garlic.

  3. 3

    Let the reblochon melt in the wine with the garlic to create a cream.

  4. 4

    Season with black pepper (be careful with salt, as the bacon and cheese are already salty).

Assembly and Oven

Ingredients

  • a gostoreblochon cream

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. 2

    In a baking dish, arrange a layer of potatoes, onions, and pork belly.

  3. 3

    Add a portion of the reblochon cream over the potatoes.

  4. 4

    Place the remaining potatoes and pork belly.

  5. 5

    Cover with the rest of the reblochon cream and finish by placing pieces of reblochon on top.

  6. 6

    Place in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
