- 10 gdry yeast
- 5 gsalt
- 20 mloil
- 290 mlwarm water

- 200 gdiced bacon
- 4 unitdiced onion
- 400 gheavy cream
- 8 gsalt
- a gostosalt to taste
- 1 unitegg

For the filling, sauté the onion and bacon.

Mix in the heavy cream and then the egg, and adjust the salt to your taste.

With the dough risen and the filling cold, it is time to roll out the dough. Place it in the baking pan and then prick the entire dough with a fork.
